Jason and I exchanged PMs pretty much daily, and I still expect to see that familiar pop up whenever I log in.
Jason and I shared the love of PGMs and modding guitars, I am going to miss him.

Hi fellas,
I don't frequent many forums these days because I'm too busy with my studies, however I do occassionally have a flick through some of the threads but never have much to add.
JasonK was on here and Jemsite back when I used to go on there too. This guy was ALWAYS nice to everybody and I feel a bit ashamed that it has taken something like this to be able to tell that everyone I feel that way.
The guy practically single-handedly kept the PGM section of this site alive (to be honest that is the main reason I come here.) It's going to be so strange not reading his thoughts here
I don't know what else to say...
Basically, if you can read this wherever you are Jason, I don't think you'll ever realise how highly people think of you.
To everyone else... although I don't get online much to talk, I still read a lot of your posts when I do come online. Stay safe because I'll miss you if you're gone.
RIP Jason

Is it just me or have a lot of relatively young people been dying just lately?
I don't mean people involved with gangs/crime/drugs, etc..- that's just to be expected.

I haven't been on here for a while busting my ass with work and stuff..
And to find out about Jason...
I can't believe he is gone, he will be missed by myself and of course everyone here at the forum. He had so much talent, and left us way too soon.
Going to miss you big time JasonK.
The guitar world lost a hero....

I'm just finding out JasonK is gone. OMG!!!!
Jason was a great guy. I spoke to him several times through PM's just to get his opinion on a guitar purchase. He told me to go for the PGM10th and not the Jem7VWH. I did just that and it is my favorite guitar ever. Now when I play it I will think of him.
I won a lottery recently from JasonK. He showed me pics of one of his builds. It was metal flaked. Out of the blue he just said I WON!!!
LMAO.
I will miss seeing his avatar too. I was wondering why I hadn't seen it. Too bad this is the reason why.
RIP Jason
I hope you touch many more lives before you're through.

This is scary...and I really believe this our diet over the last 20+ years...where fast food has just exploded.
Jason was young..dies of a heart attack.
My friend Terry, died in 2006 at 47...Heart attack.
3 weeks ago....my friend Chadd Burroughs dies of a heart attack at 29!!
Last week...my friend Kendo had chest pains...went to the doctor...a bunch of tests later....2 blocked arteries....he's going in Wednesday for Double Bypass at 43 years old!

All of this is happening, but where do we even start to tackle the problem? My Uncle died last year of a heart attack and he only in his 50s.
Heck, my dad had a set of heart attacks close together when I was quite young, must have been something nearly 10 years ago. He's kept on top of it by regulating what he eats, he exercises quite a lot anyway so it was quite worrying back then. It's funny how you only realise these things later.
As for Jason's father, I'm glad you've taken the time to speak out to us, we all hope the family is coping well. We all really loved the guy.

I have something to say.. avoid fast food, always avoid. I mean, there are food that taste a lot better than an oiled hamburger or fried chips.
There are a lot other dishes that are healtier.. in my opinion what Italy (my country) is better than the USA is food. Even if McDonald's is becoming more and more popular, the tipical meal is past/rice, fish/meat, vegetabels and fruits. And I don't know a single man who had heart problems cause by the food!
So, according to my experience, you need to do 2 things: avoid fast-food (always avoid, in any case) and have better meals. The tipical 'Mediterrranian' meal is a good one.
You must take a look at Slow Food as well.

Just my 0.02$. Usually I don't have a lot to say, but when it comes to food.. well, I have something to say.

it's because the USA puts too much preservatives and crap into the food.
A friend of mine moved to the USA from Sweden and gained a lot of weight due to the food here. She said that a normal person moving here can expect to gain up to 60 lbs.
Walmart uses dyes in their meat so it will look prettier on the shelf. Wonder what it would look like without it. The meat there sucks so if it's crap no dye can make it not crap
